A Bit of Background

Founded in 1909, the NAACP is the nation's oldest and largest civil rights organization.

The Mu Psi chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. sponsored the youth council of the NAACP here on the campus of A&T in February 1952.

Mission: The mission shall be to educate the community of the economic, educational, social and political issues affecting society in order to advance humanity and harmonious cooperation with other peoples.
